First class service, the driver was very polite & patient with getting to our house as our road was being resurfaced at the time & access was lilmited & delayed.

Contact was made quickly re delivery and someone arranged to be at home. However we received a text that due to problems with the delivery vehicle it would not arrive till the next day. Phoned and spoke to a very nice young lady whereby we agreed a safe place for delivery. The breakdown was outwith their control but contact was made quickly so all credit. Item was perfect.

Delivery companies are so hit and miss that you always tend to take it with a pinch of salt when they say when your delivery will arrive and just hope for the best. However I was very impressed with Kinetic. Kept me up to date and arrived well within the allocated timeslot. The drivers were super friendly and cheerful as well which to me makes all the difference. One suggestion would be an improvement to the tracking system though. It wasn't particularly clear or simple but it did do the job.

Service far from ideal. There was no telephone warning that delivery was due in one hour, as drives did not have our telephone number. Wardrobe was lifted into the house, and placed near final location - good. However it was a shock to realise that the outer packing was not removed by the driver. Carton had to be opened with a screwdriver to open staples, then outer packing and protection removed, then wrapping plastic film removed Took hours. Why not advise at time of purchase?

Shaun did a good job thank you and phoned the day before the arranged day which was great. The start of the delivery process however was not good enough. The initial arrangement of a delivery date was a text which was didn't suit us. I was told in text I would hear back about another day- three working days later and I heard nothing. I phoned up to arrange a mutually convenient date the Monday after that and was told I would hear by text. Hadn't heard anything by Friday so escalated it back to original retailer who assured me I would hear later that day- they eventually phoned me the next Monday and we arranged a day when Shaun delivered as discussed at the start.

Driver Mark delivered my goods on 27th April, should have provided feedback sooner but I'm here now. Mark arrived prompt, very courteous and helpful, would be more than happy if all my future deliveries were made by Mark.

Plus side - Delivery man Christopher was professional, polite and helpful. Delivery was intact with no damage. Downside - No phone call was recieved to advise driver was on route - but it may be that as this was earlier than my prearranged slot the driver would have been prepared to wait until nearer the designated time. I have listed the early arrival as a negative as it may prove awkward for other people, but for me, the earlier arrival was a real bonus and could not have worked out better had it been planned.

There were workmen outside our house doing road repairs so Malcolm had to park up the road and had to carry the very heavy fire from his van to our house and he wasn't a bit fazed by this. He was courteous, pleasant and had time to pet my doggie whilst I signed the "received" form. Makes a change from having the machine thrust at you and just told to sign! Rory is an excellent delivery driver. He telephoned prior to the delivery and then when he was very close by. He was extremely helpful, polite and happy to place our fire pit next to the garage. He is a real asset to your organisation. I did notice that he was on his own and that he had some very large items to deliver and did wonder if he had to move these on his own. All in all, an excellent service from the initial texting and email confirming day and time of delivery.

As well as calling before arriving (perfectly in the middle of the 10.00-13.00 time slot incidently), he was also extremely polite and helpful asking exactly where we wanted the very large and heavy item leaving (particularly important as I was at work and my wife is pregnant). In sort, exellent service, would highly recommend this company for future deliveries.
